At GSRO, we seek to protect the basic human rights including women and children in need ensuring that they are not subject to displacement, violence exposure and natural disasters in a nationwide-scale. GSRO assist in the establishment of child-friendly areas for children in humanitarian emergencies. These safe shelters give them a place to play, study, and interact, and they assist to reestablish a feeling of childhood after a disaster or during a long-term emergency. GSRO, cooperating with Afghan government, also ensures to establish an environment in which women and children who are victims, witnesses, or suspected criminals have improved access to justice.
